We collect account information you provide, limited usage and device data needed to operate the service, and payment references returned by our payment provider.

Songs, images and projects

We store the songs, images and videos in your projects privately. Only your browser or account can open them. Text prompts and images are sent to our AI providers, OpenAI and fal, to create storyboards and clips.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, deliver the service, process payments and Credits, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and media storage. Better Auth supports authentication, and Waffo Pancake processes Checkout and payment events. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and/or Plausible process limited pageview and conversion data. Their own terms may also apply.

Data security and retention

We apply access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. Data is retained only as required to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve payment audit integrity.

Your choices

You may update your profile or request account deletion through account settings. Some payment and security records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
