Use of the service
By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. You must comply with applicable laws and may not disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your songs and images
You keep the rights to what you upload. You may only upload songs and images you have the right to use, and you may not upload images of a real person without their consent. You give us permission to process them only to make your videos. We may delete projects 180 days after their last change, so download anything you want to keep.
Generated videos
Videos are made with AI models, so results vary and may contain errors. You may post and sell paid videos as long as you hold the rights to the song and images used. Some music tools limit commercial use of their songs, so check the terms of the tool you used.
Payments and Credits
Prices are displayed before Checkout. Payment status is determined by verified provider events. Credits are product units, not currency, and may expire according to the offer shown at purchase.
Intellectual property
The service, brand, and original product materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. These terms may be updated, with the current version posted on this page.
