Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not create with MusicVideoAI, how we check content, and how to report a problem.

What you may not create

Do not upload, write or try to generate any of the following:

  • Pornography or sexual content, including nudity and sexualized imagery (NSFW)
  • Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture and content that promotes self-harm
  • Hate speech, including content that attacks people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality
  • Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM). We report it to the authorities
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: face swaps, putting a real person into scenes they were not in, or making a real person appear to say or do anything
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including characters, logos and brands you do not have rights to

How we check content

Before anything is generated, the text you write is checked against our blocklist of prohibited terms, which we keep updated, and by Waffo Prompt Sift, an AI safety check. Every storyboard image is checked by an AI moderation model before you see it, and our video model applies its own safety filter. We keep logs of these checks and review reports by hand.

Report a problem

If you see generated content that breaks this policy, email support@musicvideoai.org with a link or description. We review reports within 3 business days and remove content that breaks this policy.

What happens if you break this policy

We may block the request, remove content, suspend or close your account, and cancel unused video seconds without refund in serious cases. Content involving minors is reported to the authorities. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by email and a person will review it.
